The Meetup w/ Microsoft × Art Basel Miami 2025

For Art Basel Miami 2025, I produced the Miami edition of The Meetup w/ Microsoft—a two-part cultural gathering designed to bridge technology, art, and community.

The evening began with an intimate, 30-person dinner co-hosted by designer Daveed Baptiste, followed by a large-scale mixer centered around artist Paul Hill’s immersive installation, “Where I Close My Eyes,” a meditative, sound-insulated experience powered by Microsoft Copilot. Guests were invited to “tune out the outside world and tune in to Copilot,” creating personalized guided meditations inside the installation.

The spatial design blended industrial architecture with soft drapery, mirrored finishes, greenery, and moody lighting—an airy, industrial-luxe aesthetic rooted in Miami’s natural palette. I oversaw creative production end-to-end, including spatial design translation, guest curation, scenic build, branded integrations, portrait studio execution, vendor coordination, and full on-site production.
